Andrei Anca is a change management expert based in Boston, Massachusetts, and the author of Lead from Any Seat: 10 Ways to Get More Involved in Your Job, Make a Lasting Impact, and Advance Your Career. He has been helping organizations across many industries—including retail, banking, automotive, and manufacturing— achieve excellence through process improvement for over a decade.
As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Andrei led countless process improvement projects and he trained and mentored employees from all levels on applying continuous improvement tools. He came to realize that the key to successful continuous improvement is the participation of the entire workforce. He strongly believes that the frontline employees who perform the actual work are the ones who know the business best and have invaluable improvement ideas.
He created Lead from Any Seat with the purpose of motivating employees to stop complaining about things that are broken and start initiating change in a structured manner using proven continuous improvement tools.
Andrei takes pride in motivating people to take initiative and to adopt a continuous improvement mentality. He currently works as a Director of Claims Operations at Agero, one of the largest US white-label roadside assistance, accident management, and digital dispatch solutions companies.
