Not because he or she is UNqualified, or UNmotivated, or UNpopular, or any of the other UNs you might think of; instead, they fall victim to the biggest UN of all: UNconfident. It is not the employees’ responsibility to have high service aptitude, it is the company’s to train it to them, and that’s the soft skills when most of the company’s train them for technical skills.
