Each of us (not in the world, but very likely for those reading this today) has moments when everything changes. In my work with business leaders in my private group program, I say that personal change is always marked by something going into your life or something coming out of you.
The something going in could be meeting someone new or having a conversation that takes a different turn. The something coming out could be a memory, a new understanding, an emotion that has been stored away, or something similar.
Listen in as Steve describes one of these moments for Joe Torre, the baseball player, manager, and broadcast commentator, as Joe was at a turning point in his career.
Sometimes, you can’t accomplish a significant new task (or be successful in a new role) until you make a change. How do you relate to this story that Steve tells about Joe Torre?
What was an idea, person, book, or podcast (!!) that introduced a new idea for you in the past year?
